Akiko is the heir to a yakuza clan. Hitoshi, who has been kicked out of the rival Hono Clan after attempting to seduce Akiko, kidnaps her at the behest of Hanamura. Hanamura has formed a new gang and intends to use Akiko as a hostage to take over her clan's territory. During the torture and abuse sessions which follow, Akiko comes to enjoy the treatment and forsakes her gangland empire.

Machiko's (Nami Aoki) mother run a small Japanese restaurant and lent money from the loan company which will force beautiful girls to offer their bodies for paying off debt. Due to her mother's loan was overdue, Loan company kidnapped Machiko and tied her up. After a night, a female captor tried to feed her some rices and water, but she reluctant to drink. The other kidnapper say she hasn't pissed since last night (read from eng subs) and start to knead her abdomen & treat her like child potty training until she pees. The pee is shown falling underneath her. One of the kidnappers then takes humiliating photos of her losing control.
