Josh (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers) is driving around looking for a place to pee after having too many root beers at a party. A policewoman (Emily, played by Mary-Louise Parker) pulls him over for his erratic driving, but he explains that he has to pee badly enough that he doesn't mind if she arrests him for public urination. As he goes off into the bushes, she decides to be lenient and drives off without arresting him.
