Criminologists find urine at a murder scene, and assume it came from the victim (a man). Later they determine that it contained red blood cells, and so it must have come from a menstruating female instead. This leads them to conclude that the killer was a woman, and that she peed her pants in excitement at committing her first murder. In a brief flashback scene, pee is shown coming from the killer's pants at her ankles.
