Olivier (Nael Marandin) has just arrived at boarding school and is desperate for a pee while his uncle is talking to the director. When he finally dares to ask for the toilet they tell him to wait, and we can tell (mainly by the expression on his face) that he has wet his pants. (This scene is in Part 2 of the miniseries.)
