Miko Sugimoto is the leader of the Red Helmet Gang, a biker girl gang from Shinjuku who wind up in Kyoto and make a bid to take over the local girl gangs there. Successful for a short time in ruling the streets it isn't long before Miko and her crew run afoul of the local Yakuza, and are forced to turn to Reiko Ike, a ronin Yakuza girl, and sister to one of the top Yakuza in Kyoto, for help, leading to a murderous showdown at a small coastal resort.

The girl gangsters are trying to get evidence of the illicit sexual activity at a monastery so that they can extort the priest. As one of the nuns uses the squat toilet after sex, a gangster reaches under the toilet hole in an effort to snag the condom that she knows will be dropped there. She does get the condom, but also gets a strong stream of piss that comes off to the side and hits her right in the head. The stream is shown only for a second before the camera cuts to the bald-headed nun squatting, with the loud pee sound continuing for a few more seconds.

Four men pee off of a dock while complaining that it burns because they caught V.D. from one of the female gang members. Their streams are shown between their legs.
